How does the digital gift card work?
After purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation. The gift card code and redemption instructions will be sent in a separate, beautiful email to the recipient's email address you provided at checkout. You can include a personal message!

Where can the gift card be used?
The gift card is redeemable for any product across the SI Designs shop, including all our crochet collections and every item in our gift shop.

What if the gift card amount doesn't cover the full order?
No problem! At checkout, the recipient can apply the gift card code and pay the remaining balance with another payment method.

What if the order total is less than the gift card value?
The remaining balance will stay on the gift card and can be used for a future purchase. It never expires!

How long does it take to receive the gift card?
It’s delivered instantly via email. If the recipient doesn’t see it, please ask them to check their spam or promotions folder.

Can I get a physical gift card?
Currently, we only offer digital gift cards for instant delivery and to reduce paper waste. They can be printed at home if you'd like to give a physical copy!
