For intimate events under 60 guests, consider our Self-Service Drop-off.

Not every event needs two attendants. If your guest list is 60 people or fewer, you’re hosting indoors, and you’re comfortable with a simple setup, ask about our Self-Service Drop-off option.

What’s included: We deliver, set up, give a 15-minute tutorial, and return for breakdown. You get the same digital sharing, props, and backdrop – just without an attendant on-site.

Requirements: Indoors only, no unattended minors, no food/drinks/water near booth.
No refunds based on number of photos taken – you’re renting the equipment, not per-guest usage.

Travel & Policies

Booking & Payment
A non-refundable retainer fee of $150 is required to secure your date and is applied toward your total balance. We also offer a payment plan to make booking easier:

  • Retainer: $150 due at booking - non-refundable.

  • Second Payment: 50% of remaining balance due 90 days before your event.

  • Final Payment: Remaining balance due 30 days before your event.

    • The full balance must be paid 14 days prior to your event to guarantee services.

  • Last-Minute Bookings:Full payment is required at booking for events within 30 days.

  • Failure to Pay: If the balance is not paid in full by the event date, services will be canceled and all payments, including the retainer, will be forfeited.

Travel Pricing:

  • Free within 15 miles of the 85746 zip code

  • 16-35 miles: $35

  • 36-50 miles: $65

  • 50+ miles: Custom quote

Setup & Timing

  • Setup Time: We require 2 hours for setup before your event start time. This is not considered your rental start time - that begins at time agreed upon. If you require us to set up earlier, let us know!

  • Additional Event Time: Keep the party going! Additional booth time may be added based on staff and scheduling availability at $150 per additional hour. Payment must be made on-site before additional time is provided.

  • Early Endings: No refunds are provided if the event ends earlier than scheduled.

Overnight Fees
For events requiring significant out-of-town travel, an overnight stay may be necessary. Any associated costs will be discussed transparently upfront and included in your custom quote.
