Digital Only Photo Booth
Our Terms and Conditions outline the guidelines for booking and using SI Designs AZ's services, including rentals, photo booth experiences, and event decor. By booking us or using our services, you agree to these policies, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Rights to any and all media taken and generated by the Service Provider shall be the property of the Service Provider and can be used for advertising and promotional purposes on SI Design AZ’s website, social media, or third party platforms. The Service Provider grants permission to the Client to use any and all media generated by the Photo Booth through the course of the event for any purpose, including promotional purpose. By booking us or using our services, you warrant that you have the authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all people in attendance at your event, including guests using the photo booth.

With digital only photo booth, guests have the option of receiving their photos instantly through various digital channels. Our digital delivery options include:
Text Message (SMS): Guests can opt to receive their photos directly to their mobile phones via text message. This convenient option ensures immediate access to their images, ready to be shared on social media or saved for personal keepsakes.
Email: For those preferring email delivery, guests can provide their email address, and their photos will be promptly sent to their inbox. This method allows for easy access and storage of high-resolution images for future use.
QR Code: Guests can opt to receive their photos via QR code. Upon capturing their images at the booth, they can simply scan a unique QR code displayed on the screen, granting them instant access to download and save their photos directly to their devices.
AirDrop (iOS Devices): Exclusive to iOS users, guests can utilize AirDrop for seamless image transfer. By enabling AirDrop on their devices, they can instantly receive their photos wirelessly, ensuring a hassle-free experience without the need for additional apps or downloads.
No physical photos will be printed out at the event.

You are responsible for providing the Service Providers a safe working environment free of hazards, attacks, threats of violence, or harassment of any kind. You understand that the Service Providers reserve the right to cease operations immediately and take possession of all equipment in the event that the attendant becomes or feels unsafe. If a safe environment is not provided, no refunds will be made.

I understand that no open drinks or food, as well as any unattended children, will be allowed at the Photo Booth station. Guests using the photo booth must also adhere to the rules. Drinks may not be left on the prop table or near the photo booth equipment. Guests who do not comply with these rules will be kindly asked to step away from the booth and may return once they are adhering to the guidelines.
SI Designs AZ will have a posted sign to help!

Client is responsible for any theft, damages, or loss to the photo booth or equipment caused by, but not limited to, Client, event attendees, fire, flood, or earthquakes.
If the Service Provider judges the weather during the course of the event to be inclement and thus unsafe, they reserve the right to cease operations for the safety of the equipment and of the events attendee, in which case no refund will be given.
Assumption of Risk: The Client and guests acknowledge that the use of the photo booth and any associated services involves inherent risks, including but not limited to equipment malfunction, property damage, and personal injury. The Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the photo booth and releases SI Designs AZ from any liability arising from such risks.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Service Provider, its employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the photo booth, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, regardless of the foreseeability of such damages.
Waiver of Claims: The Client and guests hereby waive any and all claims, demands, causes of action, and liabilities against Service Provider, its employees, agents, or affiliates arising out of or in any way related to the use of the photo booth, including but not limited to claims for negligence, breach of contract, or strict liability.
Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Service Provider, its employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with the Client's use of the photo booth or any breach of this agreement by the Client.
Cost of Reasonable Attorneys' Fees: The Client acknowledges that in the event of any dispute, claim, or legal action arising from or related to the use of the photo booth by the Client or guests, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred in connection with such dispute, claim, or legal action.
Exclusions: This limitation of liability and waiver shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall not be affected by the failure of any remedy provided herein. Nothing in this agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Acknowledgment of Understanding: The Client and guests acknowledge that they have read and understand this limitation of liability and waiver provision and agree to be bound by its terms.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this limitation of liability and waiver provision.

Client understands and agrees that all sales and service fees are final.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tucson, Arizona.

SI Designs AZ respects the privacy of all guests. Any photos or media shared by the Service Provider on social media or other platforms will be done so with the permission of the individual. By using our photo booth, guests confirm their consent to the use of their images for promotional purposes. Personal information will not be shared without prior consent.

Photos will be available for a limited time for guests to download. SI Designs AZ is not responsible for photos that are not downloaded or saved before they are removed from our system.

Photos provided to guests are unaltered unless specifically requested by the Client. SI Designs AZ reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the images for clarity or aesthetic purposes, such as cropping or color correction.

Guests are free to share their photos on social media and personal platforms. SI Designs AZ encourages the use of the event hashtag (if provided) or tagging our social media accounts to help us share the fun.

SI Designs AZ is not responsible for any issues related to third-party platforms (such as social media sites or email services) where photos are shared or transferred.
